Server Rules
Read carefully and follow these rules to ensure a great experience for everyone
Welcome to Maratha Empire Roleplay! These rules are designed to ensure a fair, enjoyable, and immersive roleplay experience for all members. Violation of these rules may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent removal from the server.
1. General Rules
- 1.1 Respect Everyone: Treat all players and staff with respect. No harassment, discrimination, racism, or hate speech will be tolerated.
- 1.2 Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years old to play on our server.
- 1.3 English/Hindi Communication: Use English or Hindi for all in-character and out-of-character communications.
- 1.4 No Cheating: Use of hacks, mods, exploits, or any third-party software is strictly prohibited.
- 1.5 Multiple Accounts: Only one account per person is allowed.
2. Roleplay Rules
- 2.1 Stay In Character: Maintain your character at all times. Use /ooc for out-of-character chat only when necessary.
- 2.2 Value Your Life (VDM): You must value your character's life as if it were real. Don't take unnecessary risks.
- 2.3 No Random Deathmatch (RDM): You cannot kill other players without proper roleplay reason.
- 2.4 No Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM): Don't use vehicles as weapons to run over players intentionally.
- 2.5 New Life Rule: When you die and respawn, you forget everything about your previous life leading to death.
- 2.6 Power Gaming: Don't force actions on other players. Give them a chance to respond.
- 2.7 Meta Gaming: Don't use out-of-character information for in-character advantage.
- 2.8 Fail RP: Actions must be realistic. Don't do things your character wouldn't be able to do in real life.
3. Crime & Police Rules
- 3.1 Criminal Activity: Criminal RP must have proper reasoning and buildup. Random robberies are not allowed.
- 3.2 Cop Baiting: Don't intentionally provoke police to get into pursuits.
- 3.3 Hostage Situations: Maximum negotiation time is 15 minutes. Demands must be reasonable.
- 3.4 Police Guidelines: Police must follow proper protocols and can't abuse their power.
- 3.5 Gang Wars: Gang conflicts must be approved by staff and have valid RP reasons.
4. Communication Rules
- 4.1 Voice Chat: Use voice chat realistically. Volume should match the situation.
- 4.2 No Mic Spamming: Don't play music, make annoying sounds, or spam voice chat.
- 4.3 Emergency Services: Don't abuse emergency numbers. Use them only when needed.
- 4.4 Radio Usage: Radios must be used realistically and for appropriate purposes.
5. Server Integrity
- 5.1 Report Bugs: Report any bugs or exploits immediately to staff. Don't abuse them.
- 5.2 Staff Decisions: Respect staff decisions. If you disagree, open a ticket on Discord.
- 5.3 Ban Evasion: Creating alternate accounts to evade bans will result in permanent ban.
- 5.4 Advertising: Advertising other servers or communities is strictly prohibited.
